Season pork chops with pepper, if desired, and brown on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Pair with any of your easy weeknight dinner that the whole family will enjoy. Heat oil in a large, oven safe, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. But both are a bit heavy so I only do that on special occasions. In a large skillet, melt Butter (1 Tbsp) over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the Pork Chops (6) on both sides with the All-Purpose Seasoning (1 Tbsp). Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick spray. Use a white or yellow onion and slice thinly. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (180 degrees C).
